Mental & Emotional Release (MER®) therapy is a fast and effective way of letting go of negative emotions (fear, anger, sadness, hurt, and guilt).  It utilizes visualization, hypnotherapy, and NLP to treat depression, trauma, phobias, or other major or minor “stuff”.
